Most tours include 3-4 rappels including waterfalls and a rock wall. There are tours available for all skill levels.
No experience is needed. Tours usually last about 4 hours and lunch is included after the tour. Make sure to bring quick drying clothes, tennis shoes or light hiking boots, a towel and change of clothes.
